Emilio Borges
Senior computer engineer working on AI infrastructure and distributed data systems.
Over ten years of experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed data systems in C++ on Enterprise Linux. Lately, I’ve been transitioning into AI engineering work which includes everything from designing the infrastructure that runs AI, to building and deploying generative AI capabilities, and doing my best to keep up with the rapid evolution of this technology and all related industry information.
This site is a space where I can share my writing. The first publication is a strategy for small and medium size organizations deciding whether to run generative AI on their own hardware. The library lists books I recommend.
Thank you for visiting. I hope you learn a thing or two that is genuinely useful and applicable to your interests and the projects you are working on.
